Simply Tranquility Massage is a faith-based practice dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each client. I believe in providing healing touch in a compassionate and respectful environment, guided by principles of integrity, trust, and care. My mission is to nurture the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—through personalized therapeutic and relaxation massage services, while honoring the values of faith, peace, and service. I strive to create a space where clients can experience not only physical relaxation but also spiritual restoration and holistic healing.
1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and schedules of both our clients and therapists, a 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or changes made after the 24-hour window will result in a full payment charge for the missed appointment.
2. Payment Required to Secure the Appointment
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. This ensures that your time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted methods.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation: If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows ME to offer the appointment to other clients who may need it.
Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointments at no additional charge, as long as the request is made within the 24-hour window prior to the appointment.
4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Clients who do not cancel 24 hours in advance or do not show up for scheduled appointment will be held responsible for the full payment of the session. This applies to no-shows and last-minute cancellations, as it prevents me from accommodating other clients during the same time frame.
5. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Inappropriate Behavior
Simply Tranquility Massage maintains a professional and respectful environment for both therapist and clients. I have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to solicitation, suggestive comments, or unwanted physical contact. Any insinuations or inappropriate actions during a session will result in the immediate termination of the massage. In such cases, the client will still be held responsible for the full cost of the service, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
6. Substance Use Policy
For the safety and well-being of both clients and MYSELF, I do not provide massage services to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances. Any client who appears intoxicated or under the influence will have their session immediately canceled, and the client will be charged for the full service.
7. Health and Medical Information
Clients must inform ME of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before the session. This includes any recent surgeries, skin conditions, or muscle issues. I reserve the right to decline service if there are concerns that could pose a risk to the client’s health.
8. Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late for their appointment will receive the remainder of their scheduled time. The full fee for the session will apply, and I may be unable to extend the session to accommodate the full treatment time.
9. Therapist and Client Safety
At Simply Tranquility Massage, the safety of our clients and therapists is paramount. Therapists are trained to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience, and we ask that clients respect the boundaries and professional nature of the massage.
10. Gratuities
Gratuities are not mandatory but are greatly appreciated. If you feel the therapist has provided exceptional service, tips are always welcomed.
11. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality. Any information regarding your health, preferences, or treatment will not be shared with others without your consent. Client records are maintained securely and will only be used for providing quality care. Simply Tranquility Massage REFUSES to share, sell, or provide any customer information to other parties.
12. Service Modifications
Simply Tranquility Massage reserves the right to modify services or adjust techniques based on the client’s health needs, preferences, or comfort level. Clients will always be informed of any necessary changes prior to service.
